DELIVERY INFORMATION


All of our products which are marked as in stock will take around 1-2 working days to dispatch, not including weekends or in the event of Scottish or UK Bank Holidays. This may extend during busy periods, but we will always keep customers informed whenever we can of any delays to shipping. At the moment we only post to the United Kingdom.


UK Deliveries


For all orders within the UK and outside our local delivery areas, we will post your order using Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd Class Standard/Signed (depending on the option selected). For large or particularly fragile orders, we will use DPD Next Day Delivery (using the contact details provided by the customer) at no extra cost to you. Get in contact with us if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays. 



Local Deliveries

Due to continuous price increases and circumstances beyond our control, in order to keep our service free we have taken the decision to drastically reduce our local delivery service. This means that from the 13th of June our local delivery service will cover the Erskine area only until further notice. This means that all other orders outside of the Erskine area will be posted. We may take exceptions for particularly large or bulk orders but this will be on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right at any time to refuse.

For those in the Erskine area, select the Pickup From Store option at checkout and await an email from us to sort a time slot for your delivery, alternatively you can also collect from us if we're attending a market (check out our social media pages or get in contact if you'd like to collect and we can let you know where we are and their opening/closing times). For security reasons we will not do collections at our HQ, with no exceptions.
